Introduction
This is an advance research program in the field of educational planning and management. It enables the students to study and research in the current and significant areas of their interest and of local, national, and global significance.

Eligibility Criteria
The approved criteria for eligibility to apply for admissions in PhD EPM is as following:
- Candidates who have passed MS/MPhil in EPM/ELM with 3.00 GPA or above are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have passed MS/MPhil in Education; with at least 9 credit hours courses of educational planning, policy studies, leadership and management; with 3.00 GPA or above are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have passed MS/MPhil in policy studies, project management or business management, must have MA Education to stand eligible for PhD EPM.
Selection Process
All eligible candidates as per criteria mentioned above, have to appear in entry test and interview. Their previous degrees, research and experience in the relevant field are also given points.

Weekly classes are held (online) during the coursework. Readings and multiple media content are delivered through LMS. Assignments are to be submitted online Orientation
