This program is designed for teachers, educators and parishioners who desire to enhance their skills and training in the areas of research, testing, curriculum, educational administration and educational psychology.

Objectives of the Program

After successful completion of the program, the student will be able to:

1. 1. Conduct research on different aspects of teacher education
   2. Use different assessment techniques in the classrooms
   3. Describe theoretical frame works for curriculum and its development/design and evaluation
   4. apply principles of psychological testing and social psychology in school setting
   5. Exhibit leadership skills required for efficient running of educational institutes
   6. Conduct policy analysis
