The Regional Campus AIOU Mirpur was established in May, 1977 and shifted to its state of art building in 2001 and officially inaugurated on 11 May 2022. The campus is located at heart of main city and comprises of an area of measuring 04 Kanal and 12 Marlas.  10 study centers and 12 examinations centers have been established under Regional Campus. As per enrollment for semester spring 2022 is 13117 and 669 tutors are associated with Regional Campus. Facilities provided by RC include computer labs, helpdesk, Auditorium, Library, E-class Room, Conference Hall, lecture rooms.
