Introduction

Seeking knowledge about the personality of the Prophet (SAW) and its adoption, is an essential obligation for a Muslim. Keeping it in view, the Government of Pakistan has encouraged and supported understanding the “Seerat Studies”.

It is a matter of honour for the AIOU in the universities and institutions that it has been teaching “Seerat Studies” for the last four decades at different levels, SSC to BA.
