Attock Region

Region History

Regional Campus Attock was established on 21-01-2013.  The state of art building of Regional Campus Attock is under construction. Attock District is a district in Pothohar Plateau of the Punjab Province of Pakistan. The district consists of 6 Tehsils: Attock, Fateh Jang, Hazro, Hassan Abdal, Jand and Pindi Gheb. Regional Campus Attock has a full-fledged facilitation desk where the staff extends academic and tutorial support to the students and tutors of District Attock.  Major facilities include Admissions, Examinations, Tutor Allocation, Assignment Evaluation and Conduct of Workshops. The Regional Campus Attock has became the source of complete information and support to the students in the age of digital transformation. As per enrollment for Semester Spring 2022 is 6553.05 PTRCs 267 allocated tutors and 13 examination centers are established under RC.

The Allama Iqbal Open University was established in May, 1974, with the main objectives of providing educational opportunities to masses and to those who cannot leave their homes and jobs. During all these past years, the University has more than fulfilled this promise.
